Pilkington Art Nouveau Tile, Framed, Blue Flowers and Butterflies

Framed and ready to hang this Art Nouveau tile comes from England and was made at Pilkington's during the turn of the 20th Century. It displays a meandering plant with blue flowers and butterflies on a cream colored background. The 6" x 12" tile is press molded with raised lines and is framed in gold gilt wood, making the overall measurements 7 3/4" wide and 13 1/2" tall. Clips on the back make it easy to replace the tile to match your decor. Excellent condition save for a colored chip on the bottom left corner and is mostly covered by the frame. The registration mark on the back dates this design to 1900.
