Vintage Royal Copenhagen Tile by Kari Christensen 1958

This Royal Copenhagen Aluminia Tenera Faience tile was beautifully and intricately hand decorated by Kari Christensen and dated 1958. The Danish Modern tile measures 6" square and 5/16" thick. The back is clearly marked, with a tick under the M as the date code for 1958.  A very pretty design. The tile has 2 shallow chips, one on the right edge and one on the left, both near the top corners.
